Stettler Golf & Country Club

The 9-hole course at the Stettler Elks Golf & Country Club facility in Stettler, Alberta features all the hallmarks of Alberta golf. Open since 1972, the course offers a challenging round for every golf enthusiast.


Alberta Prairie Railway Excursions

Alberta Prairie offers an exciting one-day adventure on board a real steam or diesel-powered train, including a full course buffet meal (included in the fare), on-board entertainment, and maybe even a train robbery!  All meals during the summer are presented in the community hall in Big Valley, a large tent in Big Valley or the community hall in Stettler.

For a day full of activities which is truly different and interesting.

Stettler Town and Country Museum

Our Town & Country museum has nine early 20th century buildings, including a church, courthouse, school, post office/store and CN train station plus 17 other buildings.


Donalda and District Museum

The Donalda and District Museum displays a variety of historical collections and buildings that preserves the history of the area for future generations, continuing to add to its collections of artifacts and buildings that help preserve our culture and history.

Reynolds-Alberta Museum

The Reynolds-Alberta Museum in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, interprets the impact of technological change in transportation, aviation, agriculture and industry from the 1890s to the present. Visitors will see a wide variety of vintage automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, trucks, stationary engines, tractors, agricultural implements, aircraft and industrial equipment.

The Reynolds-Alberta Museum is a project of Alberta Culture and Community Services and Alberta Infrastructure and is supported by the Friends of the Reynolds-Alberta Museum Society.


Royal Tyrrell Museum

The Royal Tyrrell Museum is Canada’s only museum dedicated exclusively to the science of palaeontology. In addition to housing one of the world’s largest displays of dinosaurs, the Museum offers a wide variety of creative, fun, and educational programs that bring the prehistoric past to life.
